HireTak is a technology platform that connects job seekers (workers) with employers. We do not guarantee employment, placement, or a specific number of job offers to any worker. Job availability depends on employer demand and is entirely outside our control.
2. Accuracy of Listings
Job listings on HireTak are posted by employers and contractors. While we implement automated checks and human moderation to detect fraudulent listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of every listing. Users are advised to independently verify job details before accepting any offer.
3. Zero Joining Fee Policy
HireTak strictly prohibits employers from charging workers any joining fee, registration fee, or placement fee. Our system automatically flags suspicious listings. However, if you receive a request for payment from an employer, do not pay and report it to us immediately at hello@hiretak.com.
4. Third-Party Services
HireTak integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments) and Firebase (OTP authentication). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Their respective terms and privacy policies govern their use.
5. Not Legal or Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Content related to salaries, hiring practices, or labour law is for general guidance only. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
6. Platform Availability

HireTak does not endorse or verify all user-generated content including worker profiles, employer company descriptions, or job post details. Users interact with each other at their own risk. We encourage all users to exercise due diligence before entering into any employment arrangement.
8. KYC & Identity Verification
KYC verification reduces the risk of fraudulent accounts but does not constitute a background check or police verification. Employers should conduct their own due diligence before hiring. HireTak is not liable for any conduct of verified or unverified users outside the platform.
