Two-way rating system ensures accountability. Employers rate workers, and workers rate employers โ so both sides stay honest and professional.
Fraud Prevention
ML-powered detection flags suspicious job posts and employer accounts. All flagged accounts are reviewed within 24 hours by our trust team.
Data Privacy
Worker data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with India's PDPB guidelines and never sell user data to third parties.
24/7 Safety Helpline
Workers can report unsafe work conditions, harassment, or wage theft via our dedicated safety helpline โ anonymous reporting supported.
Platform Policies
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Any employer found harassing workers is permanently banned. Workers are encouraged to report immediately via the app.
Wage Transparency
All job posts must display the salary range. Hidden deductions or underpayment triggers immediate employer review.
Safe Work Verification
Employers post safety ratings. Workers can filter jobs by verified safe working conditions before applying.
Child Labour Prohibition
HireTak strictly prohibits any job posts for workers under 18. All accounts are age-verified during registration.
Something Doesn't Feel Right?
Report unsafe employers, fraudulent jobs, or policy violations. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
